5th Day

Today we went to SeaWorld. It was absolutely incredible. Morgan has a thing for dolphins, so this was really special for her.
They had several Killer Whales, and you can't tell from this picture, but "Shamu" was double the size of any of the others.

This is actually a picture that I shot!! I couldn't "believe" it myself!

This dolphin actually jumped up onto the platform and posed for a pic! It wasn't even during a show & there weren't any trainers around. They are such hams.

Did you see that??

After we fed them, one of the dolphins brought Ally a buoy for her to throw. They were playing fetch.

Morgan FREAKED when Jerret touched the stingray. Later she found out we were supposed to.

Before we fed them, this one jumped onto the ledge to be pet and massaged.

Morgan was so excited about feeding them, but wasn't so sure about the right out of your hand part. She finally conjured up enough courage to touch one. We had to work to keep Ally from falling in she was reaching over so far!

This is a sketch that a Disney artist made for me and we had it framed. It's so hard to find "Wendy" stuff.

It was quite a special experience to feed the dolphins! This is one of the fotos that the SeaWorld staff took.

4th Day

Wednesday we headed back to Downtown Disney for a late lunch at Capt. Jack's. Then we went to see Cirque du Soleil's "La Nouba". It was INCREDIBLE! The pre-show had 2 clowns in the aisles. One of them sat in the empty chair next to Jerret. Jerret offered him some popcorn. The clown took the box, ate some, offered some to the person across the aisle, and then got up and gave it to the person in front of Jerret. (We then got it back.) Then we took a boat ride in the lagoon. We ate supper back at the hotel where the girls really got into drawing some pictures. They got to post them on the bulletin board in the dining room...they were so proud!

I finally got pics of them working on their pressed pennies. These were the easy ones where you just had to push a button. Some were crank style and Ally would have no part of us helping her. She'd huff and puff, but she always got it done.

Ally THOROUGHLY enjoyed her "Mickey on a stick"

Daddy trying to clean her up!

My babies hard at work on their masterpieces.

Their work paid off!

3rd Day

Well, today we had a pretty lazy day. We went to Downtown Disney again & had lunch at the T-Rex Cafe. It was pretty much the same as the Rainforest, except it was done with Dinosaurs. Then we walked all down the other side of Downtown that we had never been to before. The girls bought a Magic Coloring book at the magic store...be sure to oooo and ahhh if they try it on you! We went to the Polynesian Resort and rode the monorail to some other resorts to collect pressed pennies, then went back to the Polynesian for the Luau. As the luau ended, the fireworks were going off at the Magic Kingdom. We walked down the to beach area and watched them from there. It was really pretty.
This is such a pretty pic of Morgan - taken at the Grand Floridian.

Outside the TRex Cafe.

The girls got light up glasses (although you can't tell in the pic)

Ally stayed busy at the Luau putting leis on both arms and her head eventually.

Here's a look at the food that was served during the Luau.

Here's a look at what Ally ate...a PB & J! They did bring her some mac & cheese too.

The girls with the tiki.

Jerret offered Morgan $5 if she could successfully eat a piece of pineapple. That was the only way we could even get her to try it. Watch this to see if she succeeded!

Day 2

Today we started out with Chef Mickey's Breakfast at the Contemporary Resort.
Mickey took a break from cooking to come hang in the dining room for awhile!

Morgan has been assigned the disney character of Donald due to the excessive fit throwing...she loves it and was excited to take a pic with her alter ego.

Here's the girls posing with Daddy....oh I mean Goofy!

Pluto snuck up on them.

Ally thought it was SO cool that she bought a Minnie doll yesterday and then got to take a pic with her....she's pretty easily amused!

They actually didn't seem to mind that this was as close to a park as they would get this trip!

Ally enjoyed her cotton candy!

Ally coming down the water slide at our hotel - Saratoga Springs.

That's Mo coming off the slide with the bug-eyed goggles.

Those feet in the air are Jerret's as he came off the water slide!

Look how long Mo's hair is!!!

Look Mom... I'm upside down!

Ally liked standing in the waterfall (this is after the life guard had to jump in and "Save" her - he didn't know that that is just how she looks when she swims! She actually does look like she's drowning, but we've finally learned that she's not.

Sissy liked the waterfall too!

Ally trying to turn flips underwater. She looks more like a side-winder!
We also hotel hopped to find pressed penny machines. The girls each bought a book to hold them. They've had a good time with that...and it's a whole lot cheaper than pins!!!

Back at Disney!

Well, we are back at Disney! Our plan is not to do any parks except SeaWorld later in the week, but we'll see how that goes. There are alot of activities to do here at the hotel and we are walking distance from Downtown Disney. We have tickets to several events too - at other hotels and Downtown Disney.
We swam...yes, I did too.

Wendy actually had a cocktail (and it glowed!)

The girls were trying to time when to run across the fountain. They did a pretty good job!

We had appetizers at Rainforest Cafe to hold us til supper.
